We collect personal data from Kickstarter backers, e-mail subscribers and from those who order our games in our webshop.
We use data from Kickstarter backers and webshop orders only to fulfill the games ordered. We only store this data for the time we need to fulfill the games, afterwards the data will be deleted from our systems. Kickstarter stores the backers data also on their systems. Please refer to the Privacy Policy of Kickstarter for more information for this.
If we send you an invoice, your data will be entered in our bookkeeping system and only stored in there for bookkeeping purposes.
We also have a mailing list. We use Mailchimp to store the data needed for this (e-mail address and possibly first name). Please refer to the Privacy Policy of Mailchimp for more information on this. In every newsletter we send, you find a link to view your data or unsubscribe to our newsletter.
We do not share any personal data with third parties other than Mailchimp. We will never sell any data.
